About the Organization:
Eklavya Nyasa is a social organization working for the overall betterment of underprivileged children including children of sex workers and alcoholic parents, street children.
Issue:
The President of the Trust Eklavya Nyasa Ms. Renu Gavaskar is associated with the deprived children in Mumbai, & Pune for the last 40 years. These children deprived of not only parental affection but also a safe shelter, the right to education, and many more rights. Witnessing this deprivation initiated the birth of Eklavya Nyasa. In the last two decades, Eklavya Nyasa incessantly tried to bestow upon the children's education. We are looking to procure Hostel essentials for 100 homeless students.
Action:
To give a better livelihood to 100 homeless students, we trying to procure hostel essentials like cupboards, beds, study table & chairs, sports materials, and furniture & books for the library. We are also procuring mic, sound system, speakers, and a podium for these students to perform in their cultural hall.
