A new platform in the form of an online website called "Social for Action" has been launched for social activities under the "Sakal Social Foundation". The response to this website was spontaneous. This led to the concept of a new digital platform for "Social for Action" crowdfunding to bring NGOs and donors together. One NGO will be informed every week about this initiative. One NGO will be informed every week about this initiative. In today's episode, we will look at the information of "Eklavya Child Education and Health Trust". Renu Gavaskar, a student of Sane Guruji Vidyalaya in Mumbai, was influenced by the teaching 'Love the world'. Later in college, while studying the whole of philosophy, she became acquainted with the ideas of Mahatma Gandhi and tried to understand the idea of the end of the nation.

Renu tai and her colleagues were chatting with the children sitting in the front yard of the school. Suddenly a man in his forties came in. They looked at him curiously. The man standing in front said, "Mother, have you forgotten me? Did you forget so much?" She heard the voice and remembered Srikanth's face, the last time Srikanth met Renu tai, he too must have been twenty years old; but there is no change in his voice. Sounds just as forceful, assertive. But there was a stark difference between Shrikant, who was in his forties, standing in front of Renutai, and Kovala, who was out of remand home for Gujarat twenty years ago and went to Gujarat for a job. Renu tai was remembering Gorapan, with her dark-haired hair leaning towards the golden colour, the same hazel-eyed smile, the wonderfully handsome Srikant. But now the hair on his head was reduced. The stomach seemed to leak. The eyes were covered by goggles. The voice, however, was the same just like Pungiwala in the play 'Pungiwala'!

The play 'Pungiwala' performed by the children in the dry environment of the remand home was a miracle. These children started learning how to stand on the stage. Acting and dialogue were far away. However, it was Srikanth who made the biggest bet! Srikanth's personality complemented the role of 'Pungiwala'. Moreover, his voice was also good. She needed hard work. Renu tai and her colleagues had doubts about how Srikkanth will meet this challenge, but once he decided to act in a play, he literally poured his life into the role. The role of Srikant Pungiwala literally lived on. Srikanth's entry was through the audience.

Shrikant, who was dressed in colourful attire, used to come to the stage boldly looking at everyone and was greeted with a round of applause. Renu tai did many rehearsals of the play 'Pungiwala'. Prominent congregations used to attend those experiments. Poet Mangesh Padgaonkar, on the other hand, praised the entire play and Srikanth.

It was at this time that Renutai came to know all about Srikanth's eloquence and artistry. It was not difficult for Srikanth to go this way, it was impossible. The condition of Srikanth's house was deplorable. He & his three siblings and mother had been facing financial difficulties for many years due to his father's addiction and his untimely death. The mountain of debt and the insufficient income of the mother had affected everyone. All this happened to Srikanth.

Srikanth used to wander around after drowning the school. He was addicted to bad company and drugs. Srikanth came to the remand home because of these mighty deeds. The eighth had not even passed when he arrived. Gradually, he joined the 10th class of the Eklavya Child Education and Health Trust. Soon he became the ideal student of that class.

Sobati was undergoing mechanical training of machines through the institute. Srikanth's mother, & brother used to be amazed at his progress. He was acquainted with Srikanth who was 'lost'. This change in Srikanth was a dream come true for him. This was Srikanth's personal journey. The role of the protagonist in the play 'Pungiwala' cannot be denied. Another aspect of Srikanth's personality in the description of this successful personal journey is that he was a very kind boy. He befriended many children, young and old. This helped Srikanth to grasp the difficult situation. Older children harassed children in remand homes. This problem was running on many levels. Beating is the most basic part of this torture. This violence must have gone so deep that his revenge was inevitable. Sexual abuse was the end of this persecution. Young children are exposed to both types of abuse. And these types could not be read anywhere. Many children were devastated.

Srikanth took care of many such children with the utmost sensitivity. Loved them, & protected them. Renu tai elaborates on the two children in the remand home at the time, saying that Badal was a small, delicate, eloquent and quiet boy but he had become a toy in the hands of 'grandparents' (older children).

How happy Badal was when he came to the institute! Within a few days, he was constantly frightened and crying. He had forgotten to laugh, his eyes were so full of tears at any moment. By the time Srikanth realized this, he had grown up. He was watching his peers do all this. At that time, Srikanth got close to the superintendent of the remand home & told them everything.

Compassion continued to solve the problem as he was getting success in it. It was a great achievement that Srikanth saved Badal! He achieved this by staying in remand home and speaking kindly. Next Srikanth was in tenth class. He completed a short course in mechanical engineering & went home. He got a job & soon got married. He even had a son. His mother saw it all & her worries went away.

Through Renu Gavaskar's "Eklavya Child Education and Health Trust", many orphans, children in remand homes and out-of-school children have succeeded in life today. Renu tai's book "Sakal-Prakashan" has been published on all these successful children.

Considering the scope of problems of financially backward orphans and out-of-school children and explaining the help they need, Kudal, Dist. About 2.5 acres of land at Sindhudurg has been given to Eklavya Child Education and Health Trust through a donor. A number of buildings such as separate dormitories for boys and girls, informal schools, skill development training centres are to be set up at this place.

Currently, the work of the Kudal hostel and school construction project is incomplete due to a lack of funds. Renu tai wants to build a beautiful home for the children who come here to study on one hand and live in the institution on the other. For this, Eklavya Trust is in dire need of financial assistance. It is difficult to achieve the goal of the development of these children & without the active support of society. Renu tai and her colleagues are working to get the Kudal project operational as soon as possible.
