Sane Guruji Hospital is a non-profit organization providing health services in tribal, Banjara-dominated areas like Kinwat in Nanded district under the NGO "Bharat Jodo Yuva Academy". Twenty-five years ago, health problems were rampant in areas like Kinwat. At that time, inspired by the great social worker Baba Amte, Dr. Ashok Belkhode established Sane Guruji Hospital in 1995. "Bharat Jodo Yuva Academy" is an organization established 25 years ago by the youth participating in the "Bharat Jodo Cycle Campaign" and Somnath Shramsanskar Camp.

Kinwat is a large taluka in the Nanded district with dense forest. Many remote areas of Maharashtra have a lack of health facilities. Action: Sane Guruji Hospital has started providing basic but modern medical treatment to patients from nearly 400 villages in the Kinwat area which is also the first non-governmental hospital in the area. From the very beginning, there was a full-time hospital with a pathology lab, X-ray, operation facility, and all kinds of emergency treatment. Ashok Belkhode is the first full-time surgeon and still the only one. So far, along with patients from Marathwada and Vidarbha areas of Maharashtra which has a tribal population of 50%, lakhs of people from around 400 villages in Telangana have benefited from it. Approximately ten thousand patients benefit from the hospital each year. The hospital has performed around seven thousand successful surgeries so far. It has a large number of emergency patients. This health service has saved many lives. That is why Sane Guruji Hospital has become a "life-giving" center for the people of the area.
